An Elegant New York City Event Room
The Garrison Room
Measuring 1,120 square feet, the Garrison Room is an elegantly appointed New York City event room on the fifth floor of The Palace. As one of the hotel’s Mansion rooms, the Garrison carries over the original elegance of The Palace via old-world décor such as intricate moldings like rosettes, cornices and ceiling ornaments. The Garrison Room is named after William Lloyd Garrison, an outspoken abolitionist and the father-in-law of Henry Villard, namesake of the hotel’s historical landmarked mansion, built in 1882.
