The Villard Mansion

The historic Villard Mansion houses our Two-Star Michelin rated restaurant, GILT and popular evening attraction,GILT Bar. Recognized by architectural historians as the most exquisite restored space from the Gilded Age, The Madison Room is now available for private events.

The Mansion features several elegantly adorned rooms on the third floor ideal for business or social events. The Drawing Room can accommodate up to 200 guests for a reception and up to 140 for a sit-down dinner, and The Library can seat up to 100 guests for a reception and up to 70 for a sit-down dinner. With a profound heritage of hosting important occasions, the legacy and style of The Villard Mansion continues to make quite an impression.

The Mansion Rooms

This recently renovated 13,000-square-foot venue is picturesquely situated over the fourth and fifth floors of the hotel's landmark Villard Mansion. The stunning space includes seven classically designed rooms with spacious foyers and plenty of natural light overlooking the scenic Palace Courtyard. From private meetings to grand soirees, these New York event facilities are the ideal setting for New York meetings, conferences, or any other important occasion.
