The New York event facilities at The Palace comprise several versatile meeting spaces and event venues, including the historic Villard Mansion and a selection of executive breakout rooms. All of our event spaces are truly exceptional locations for meetings and special events in New York.
Located on the second level of the Grand lobby, The Villard Ballroom is an oval-shaped, double ceiling room reminiscent of New York’s Gilded Age. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests at a reception and 250 for a dinner. Opposite the ballroom, the Reid Salon can accommodate up to 300 guests for a reception and 125 for dinner. Using both the Villard Ballroom and the Reid Salon in conjunction with the upper lobby mezzanine affords the Hotel and its guests the flexibility to customize an event for up to 800 people.
The Villard Mansion Rooms
Recognized by architectural historians as the most exquisite restored space from the Gilded Age, The Madison Room is available for private events.
The Mansion features several elegantly adorned rooms on the third floor ideal for business or social events. The Drawing Room can accommodate up to 200 guests for a reception and up to 140 for a sit-down dinner, and The Library can seat up to 100 guests for a reception and up to 70 for a sit-down dinner. With a profound heritage of hosting important occasions, the legacy and style of The Villard Mansion continues to make quite an impression.
This 13,000-square-foot venue is picturesquely situated over the fourth and fifth floors of the hotel's landmark Villard Mansion. The stunning space includes seven classically designed rooms with spacious foyers and plenty of natural light overlooking the scenic Palace Courtyard.
