Executive Chef James Staiano serves up an enticing menu of bistro-style cuisine in the hotel's elegant American brasserie, set in the hotel's exquisite grand lobby. Offering breakfast and all-day dining daily as well as Sunday brunch, Istana's cuisine focuses on incorporating each season's freshest ingredients for an exquisite New York City fine dining experience. 

Guests can enjoy favorites such as Lemon Blueberry Pancakes, Asian Chicken Salad and Dry Aged New York Strip Steak, along with fine wines and cocktails available throughout the day at our restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. A menu of small plates and artisanal cocktails is available in the evening in addition to the regular menu.
