GILT at The New York Palace

Inside the Villard Mansion at GILT, the hotel’s Two Michelin Star fine dining restaurant, 
Executive Chef Justin Bogle and his team of epicurean elite create inspiring Modern American cuisine in an equally inspiring setting.

North Atlantic SkateThe absolutely stunning Madison Avenue space brings together the vast, vaulted gilded ceilings and mosaic tile floors from the original nineteenth century design with the futuristic twenty-first century interior design of French architect Patrick Jouin. It’s the perfect stage for Executive Chef Justin Bogle's show-stopping menu featuring innovative dishes such as North Atlantic Skate with Mustard Gnocchi and Wagyu Beef accompanied by Artichoke Kimchi.

Pastry Chef David Carmichael adds a finishing touch with an array of divine confections including a Huckleberry Crème Brulée and a Coffee Mascarpone Mousse.


 

 

 

 

 

 

             

To complement your dinner, GILT boasts an 8,000-bottle wine cellar as well as an extensive list of cocktails.

The Dining Room at GILT is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, with seating starting at 5:30 pm.

In addition to the à la carte menu, guests can also choose from one of the following tasting menus:

  • USD 55 three-course prix fixe pre-theatre dinner, available 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
  • USD 89 three-course prix fixe dinner, available for seatings 6:00 pm onwards 
  • USD 110 five-course tasting menu, available for seatings 6:00 pm onwards
