The absolutely stunning Madison Avenue space in Midtown Manhattan brings together the vast, vaulted gilded ceilings and mosaic tile floors from the original nineteenth century design with the futuristic twenty-first century interior design of French architect Patrick Jouin. It’s the perfect stage for Executive Chef Justin Bogle's show-stopping menu featuring innovative dishes such as Black Cod with Tandoori Spices and Rib-Eye accompanied by Manchego Cheese and Quince.
Pastry Chef David Carmichael adds a finishing touch with an array of divine confections including a the Knickerbocker Glory Ice Cream Sundae and the Huckleberry Crème Brûlée.
