A chic and vibrant setting completely ensconced in 14K gold, the room that houses GILT Bar was originally built as the Villard Mansion music room. A fiberglass sculpture covered in stretched polyester is illuminated by LED lights and a large Corian-topped oval bar is set against the room’s ornate 1884 walls and doors.

The spirited bar menu of Modern American and comfort-driven dishes from Executive Chef Justin Bogle offers an array of tempting appetizers, shareable plates and classics like The GILT Burger to perfectly accompany the extensive list of cocktails, wine and beer.
