New York Meeting & Event Spaces at The New York Palace
The New York Palace offers several versatile meeting spaces and wedding reception venues to choose from, including the historic Villard Mansion and a selection of executive breakout rooms. All of our event spaces are truly exceptional locations for meetings and wedding receptions in New York City.
The Villard Mansion
The renowned Villard Mansion houses GILT and The Madison Room, as well as several exquisitely adorned rooms on the third floor ideal for business or social events. The Drawing Room can accommodate up to 200 guests for a reception and up to 140 for a sit-down dinner, and The Library can seat up to 100 guests for a reception and up to 70 for a sit-down dinner. With a history of hosting important occasions, the legacy and style of The Villard Mansion continues to make quite an impression.
The Mansion Rooms
This recently renovated 13,000-square-foot venue is picturesquely situated over the fourth and fifth floors of the hotel's landmark Villard Mansion. The stunning space includes seven classically designed rooms with spacious foyers and plenty of natural light overlooking the scenic Palace Courtyard. From private meetings to grand soirees, these spaces are the ideal setting for New York meetings, weddings, or any other occasion.
