Chef Richard first came to New York City from France in 1974 to work as a pastry chef at a patisserie on East 59th Street. From there, his resume has grown to include restaurant ownership in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia and even Japan.

We’re very excited that he has decided to return to New York City to bring his talent and culinary expertise to The New York Palace!
