Introducing: Pomme Palais

As we mentioned in our posts Michel Richard in The New York Times and Pomme Palais in France, we’ve been gearing up for the opening of our French bakery, Pomme Palais. We’re happy to announce that the doors opened this week and visitors have been stopping by to enjoy everything from breakfast pastries to lunchtime salads to a wide variety of cakes, tarts and éclairs. Check out our photos below to learn more about what Pomme Palais has to offer…

Pomme Palais is open every day from 6:30am to 8:00pm. The entrance is on East 51st Street.
