Chef Michel Richard will showcase his diverse culinary techniques, offering two seatings at both the Gallery at Villard and the more casual Villard Michel Richard Bistro during the evening. Each of the menus will include touches of Chef Michel’s signature whimsy and innovation, along with fine French flavors complemented by vibrant American accents.
The elegance and modern sophistication of the Gallery makes it the perfect setting to enjoy perfectly crafted flavors like those found in Chef Michel’s Foie Gras Terrine, Maine Lobster Kataifi, and Venison, each a component of the Gallery’s special New Year’s Eve menus. The menus at the Bistro draw fresh ingredients from local sources to craft a list of winter staples, including the Long Island Duck Breast, Oysters Rockefeller, Mushroom Feuillete and Filet Mignon.
Live entertainment and a champagne toast will round out the evening at Villard, the place to be in New York City this New Year’s Eve.
